At-home Workouts

Most of these are for beginners to ease you on to more intense exercises. Don't forget to stretch before doing any of these videos!

This video is a full body, fat burning 15-minute workout by MadFit on Youtube. If you hate repeating exercises and live on a top floor apartment so you can't jump, then this is for you! No repeats, no equipment and no jumping!

An easy and quick pilates workout made by Callie Jardine on Youtube with no equipment needed. Pilates is a great low-intensity mind-body activity that focus on your core, arms, and legs.

Youtube video by Yoga with Bird is a great yoga workout that you can do everyday for only 15 minutes. Yoga is also a low-intensity fitness activity that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit.
